[LLDB][NFC] Create a namespace for the DWARF plugin (#68150)
As a followup of https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/67851, I'm
defining a new namespace `lldb_plugin::dwarf` for the classes in this
Plugins/SymbolFile/DWARF folder. This change is very NFC and helped me
with exporting the necessary symbols for my out-of-tree language plugin.
The only class that I didn't change is ClangDWARFASTParser, because that
shouldn't be in the same namespace as the generic language-agnostic
dwarf parser.
It would be a good idea if other plugins follow the same namespace
scheme.

70aad4ec90 [lldb][NFCI] Use llvm's libDebugInfo for DebugRanges
In an effort to unify the different dwarf parsers available in the codebase,
this commit removes LLDB's custom parsing for the `.debug_ranges` DWARF section,
instead calling into LLVM's parser.

Subsequent work should look into unifying `llvm::DWARDebugRangeList` (whose
entries are pairs of (start, end) addresses) with `lldb::DWARFRangeList` (whose
entries are pairs of (start, length)). The lists themselves are also different
data structures, but functionally equivalent.

Depends on D150363

81be68062f [lldb][nfc] Simplify DebugRanges class
Most of the code changed here dates back to 2010, when LLDB was first
introduced upstream, as such it benefits from a slight cleanup.

The method "dump" is not used anywhere nor is it tested, so this commit removes
it.

The "findRanges" method returns a boolean which is never checked and indicates
whether the method found anything/assigned a range map to the out parameter.
This commit folds the out parameter into the return type of the method.

A handful of typedefs were also never used and therefore removed.

cdc514e4c6 [lldb] Update header guards to be consistent and compliant with LLVM (NFC)
LLDB has a few different styles of header guards and they're not very
consistent because things get moved around or copy/pasted. This patch
unifies the header guards across LLDB and converts everything to match
LLVM's style.

f5767e284b [lldb/DWARF] Switch to llvm debug_rnglists parser
Summary:
Our rnglist support was working only for the trivial cases (one CU),
because we only ever parsed one contribution out of the debug_rnglists
section. This means we were never able to resolve range lists for the
second and subsequent units (DW_FORM_sec_offset references came out
blang, and DW_FORM_rnglistx references always used the ranges lists from
the first unit).

Since both llvm and lldb rnglist parsers are sufficiently
self-contained, and operate similarly, we can fix this problem by
switching to the llvm parser instead. Besides the changes which are due
to variations in the interface, the main thing is that now the range
list object is a member of the DWARFUnit, instead of the entire symbol
file. This ensures that each unit can get it's own private set of range
list indices, and is consistent with how llvm's DWARFUnit does it
(overall, I've tried to structure the code the same way as the llvm
version).

I've also added a test case for the two unit scenario.

d67b550df5 DWARF: Improve type safety or range lists parsing
Delete the abstract GetOffset function, which is only defined for
rnglists entries. Instead fix up entries which refer to the range list
classes so that one can statically know that he is dealing with the
rnglists section and call the function that way.

4c2ef9a02b Revert "Move the rest of the sections over to DWARFContext."
This reverts commit r356682 because it breaks the DWO flavours of some
tests:

    lldb-Suite :: lang/c/local_variables/TestLocalVariables.py

2946cd7010 Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo
to reflect the new license.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

b9c1b51e45 *** This commit represents a complete reformatting of the LLDB source code
*** to conform to clang-format’s LLVM style. This kind of mass change has
*** two obvious implications:

Firstly, merging this particular commit into a downstream fork may be a huge
effort. Alternatively, it may be worth merging all changes up to this commit,
performing the same reformatting operation locally, and then discarding the
merge for this particular commit. The commands used to accomplish this
reformatting were as follows (with current working directory as the root of
the repository):

    find . \( -iname "*.c" -or -iname "*.cpp" -or -iname "*.h" -or -iname "*.mm" \) -exec clang-format -i {} +
    find . -iname "*.py" -exec autopep8 --in-place --aggressive --aggressive {} + ;

The version of clang-format used was 3.9.0, and autopep8 was 1.2.4.

Secondly, “blame” style tools will generally point to this commit instead of
a meaningful prior commit. There are alternatives available that will attempt
to look through this change and find the appropriate prior commit. YMMV.

6071e6fc94 Major DWARF cleanup.
Added a new class called DWARFDIE that contains a DWARFCompileUnit and DWARFDebugInfoEntry so that these items always stay together.

There were many places where we just handed out DWARFDebugInfoEntry pointers and then use them with a compile unit that may or may not be the correct one. Clients outside of DWARFCompileUnit and DWARFDebugInfoEntry should all be dealing with DWARFDIE instances instead of playing with DWARFCompileUnit/DWARFDebugInfoEntry pairs manually.

This paves to the way for some modifications that are coming for DWO.

c7bece56fa <rdar://problem/13069948>
Major fixed to allow reading files that are over 4GB. The main problems were that the DataExtractor was using 32 bit offsets as a data cursor, and since we mmap all of our object files we could run into cases where if we had a very large core file that was over 4GB, we were running into the 4GB boundary.

So I defined a new "lldb::offset_t" which should be used for all file offsets.

After making this change, I enabled warnings for data loss and for enexpected implicit conversions temporarily and found a ton of things that I fixed.

Any functions that take an index internally, should use "size_t" for any indexes and also should return "size_t" for any sizes of collections.

2215230040 Changed RangeMap over to use llvm::SmallVector and updated the RangeArray and the RangeDataArray to have an extra "unsigned N" template parameter. Updated the lldb_private::Block to use a RangeArray with a uint32_t for both the function base offset and block range size, and then a 1 for the small vector size since most lexical blocks in DWARF only have 1 range. Updates the DWARFDebugRanges RangeArray to use an unsigned of 2 since most blocks that have more than one range usually have 2. Also updated a DWARFDebugAranges to default their RangeArray to use a SmallVector with unsigned size of 1 since this will take care of the .o files when doing DWARF in .o files and since there really isn't any good size we can guess with.
