Before this patch, any time TreeItem is copied in Resize method, its
parent is not updated, which can cause crashes when, for example, thread
window with multiple hierarchy levels is updated. Makes TreeItem
move-only, removes TreeItem's m_delegate extra self-assignment by making
it a pointer, adds code to fix up children's parent on move constructor
and operator=

This is an ongoing series of commits that are reformatting our Python
code. Reformatting is done with `black` (23.1.0).
If you end up having problems merging this commit because you have made
changes to a python file, the best way to handle that is to run `git
checkout --ours <yourfile>` and then reformat it with black.

This is currently being done in an ad hoc way, and so for some
commands it isn't being checked. We have the info to make this check,
since commands are supposed to add their arguments to the m_arguments
field of the CommandObject. This change uses that info to check whether
the command received arguments in error.
A handful of commands weren't defining their argument types, I also had
to fix them. And a bunch of commands were checking for arguments by
hand, so I removed those checks in favor of the CommandObject one. That
also meant I had to change some tests that were checking for the ad hoc
error outputs.

Eliminate boilerplate of having each test manually assign to `mydir` by calling
`compute_mydir` in lldbtest.py.

Since the threads/frame view is taking only a small part on the right side
of the screen, only a part of the function name of each frame is visible.
It seems rather wasteful to spell out 'frame' there when it's obvious
that it is a frame, it's better to use the space for more of the function
name.

It's rather annoying if it's there after every startup,
and that 'Help (F6)' at the top should be enough to help people
who don't know.

This test relies on being able to unwind from an arbitrary place inside
libc. While I am not sure this is the cause of the observed flakyness,
it is known that we are not able to unwind correctly from some places in
(linux) libc.
This patch adds additional synchronization to ensure that the inferior
is in the main function (instead of pthread guts) when lldb tries to
unwind it. At the very least, it should make the test runs more
predictable/repeatable.
Following LLDB tests fail randomly on LLDB Arm/AArch64 Linux buildbots.
We still not have a reliable solution for these tests to pass
consistently. I am marking them skipped for now.
TestBreakpointCallbackCommandSource.py
TestIOHandlerResize.py
TestEditline.py
TestGuiViewLarge.py
TestGuiExpandThreadsTree.py
TestGuiBreakpoints.py
This reverts commit fd18f0e84cca023df6cb19e88c07c0e2059f659b.
I reverted this change to see its effect on failing GUI tests on LLDB
Arm/AArch64 Linux buildbots. I could not find any evidence against this
particular change so reverting it back.

Following tests have been failing randomly on LLDB Arm and AArch64 Linux
builtbots:
TestMultilineNavigation.py
TestMultilineCompletion.py
TestIOHandlerCompletion.py
TestGuiBasic.py
I have increased allocated CPU resources to these bots but it has not
improved situation to an acceptable level. This patch marks them as
skipped on Arm/AArch64 for now.
This reverts commit fed25ddc1c3de59aa1de27e95b349f86896ccb79.
There has been sporadic failures in LLDB AArch64/Arm 32 buildbots since
this commit. I am temporarily reverting it see if it fixes the issue.

TestGuiBasicDebug.py randomly fails due to timeouts sending out false
negatives on LLDB Arm and AArch64 Linux buildbots. I havnt found a
reliable wayy to set pexpect timeout for this test to pass regularly.
Skipping it on Arm and AArch64 Linux to silence buildbot failures.
This patch expands the tree item that corresponds to the selected thread
by default in the Threads window. Additionally, the tree root item is
always expanded, which is the process in the Threads window.

Matt's change to the register allocator in 89baeaef2fa9 changed where we
end up after the `finish`. Before we'd end up on line 4.

3 int main(int argc, char **argv) {

5 func(); // Second

Now, we end up on line 5.

Given that this is not expected stable to be stable I've made the test a
bit more lenient to accept both scenarios.
I intentionally decided not to reset the column automatically
anywhere, because I don't know where and if at all that should happen.
There should be always an indication of being scrolled (too much)
to the right, so I'll leave this to whoever has an opinion.

Without this, sources with long lines or variable names may overwrite
panel frames, or even overrun to the following line. There's currently
no way to scroll left/right in the views, so that should be added
to handle these cases.
This commit includes fixing constness of some Window functions,
and also makes PutCStringTruncated() consistent with the added
printf-like variant to take the padding as the first argument (can't
add it after the format to the printf-like function).

Summary: Moves lldbsuite tests to lldb/test/API.
This is a largely mechanical change, moved with the following steps:
```
rm lldb/test/API/testcases
mkdir -p lldb/test/API/{test_runner/test,tools/lldb-{server,vscode}}
mv lldb/packages/Python/lldbsuite/test/test_runner/test lldb/test/API/test_runner
for d in $(find lldb/packages/Python/lldbsuite/test/* -maxdepth 0 -type d | egrep -v "make|plugins|test_runner|tools"); do mv $d lldb/test/API; done
for d in $(find lldb/packages/Python/lldbsuite/test/tools/lldb-vscode -maxdepth 1 -mindepth 1 | grep -v ".py"); do mv $d lldb/test/API/tools/lldb-vscode; done
for d in $(find lldb/packages/Python/lldbsuite/test/tools/lldb-server -maxdepth 1 -mindepth 1 | egrep -v "gdbremote_testcase.py|lldbgdbserverutils.py|socket_packet_pump.py"); do mv $d lldb/test/API/tools/lldb-server; done
```
lldb/packages/Python/lldbsuite/__init__.py and lldb/test/API/lit.cfg.py were also updated with the new directory structure.
