Revert "[lldb][sbdebugger] Move SBDebugger Broadcast bit enum into lldb-enumerations.h" (#88324)
Reverts llvm/llvm-project#87409 due a missed update to the broadcast bit
causing a build failure on the x86_64 Debian buildbot.

[lldb][sbdebugger] Move SBDebugger Broadcast bit enum into lldb-enumerations.h (#87409)
When the `eBroadcastBitProgressCategory` bit was originally added to
Debugger.h and SBDebugger.h, each corresponding bit was added in order
of the other bits that were previously there. Since `Debugger.h` has an
enum bit that `SBDebugger.h` does not, this meant that their offsets did
not match.

Instead of trying to keep the bit offsets in sync between the two, it's
preferable to just move SBDebugger's enum into the main enumerations
header and use the bits from there. This also requires that API tests using the bits from SBDebugger update their usage.

[lldb] Build the TestRosetta.py executable with system stdlib (#78370)
This is a speculative fix for TestRosetta.py which is currently failing
on Green Dragon.

TestRosetta just makes sure we can debug an x86_64 process on Apple
Silicon. However, we're failing to build the x86_64 test binary. The
linker is failing with some warnings about libc++ and libunwind being
build for arm64 while the target binary is x86_64. I'm going to try
building with the system standard libraries instead of the just-built
ones to workaround it.

[NFC][Py Reformat] Reformat python files in lldb
This is an ongoing series of commits that are reformatting our Python
code. Reformatting is done with `black` (23.1.0).

If you end up having problems merging this commit because you have made
changes to a python file, the best way to handle that is to run `git
checkout --ours <yourfile>` and then reformat it with black.

0869a69917 NFC test if rosetta debugserver exists before testing rosetta
A fresh install of macOS does not have Rosetta 2 installed by
default; the CI bots are often in this state, resulting in a
test failure. debugserver already hardcodes the filepath of
the Rosetta 2 debugserver; test if that file exists before
running the Rosetta test.

[lldb] Read from the Rosetta shared cache with Xcode 14
Xcode 14 no longer puts the Rosetta expanded shared cache in a directory
named "16.0". Instead, it includes the real version number (e.g. 13.0),
the build string and the architecture, similar to the device support
directory names for iOS, tvOS and watchOS.

Currently, when there are multiple directories, we might end up picking
the wrong one in GetSDKDirectoryForCurrentOSVersion. The problem is that
without the build string we have no way to differentiate between
multiple directories with the same version number. This patch fixes the
problem by using GetOSBuildString which, as the name implies, returns
the build string if known.

This also adds a test for Rosetta debugging on Apple Silicon. Depending
on whether the Rosetta expanded shared cache is present, the test
ensures that there is or isn't a diagnostic about reading out of memory.
