For very large stack frames, the offset from the stack pointer to a local can be more than 2^31 which overflows various `int` offsets in the frame lowering code.
This patch updates the frame lowering code to calculate the offsets as 64-bit values and resolves the overflows, resulting in the correct codegen for very large frames.

Note that llvm::support::endianness has been renamed to
llvm::endianness while becoming an enum class as opposed to an
enum. This patch replaces support::{big,little,native} with
llvm::endianness::{big,little,native}.
The patch adds parser, MCExpr, and emitter support for the authenticated
pointer auth relocation.
In assembly, this is expressed using:
.quad <symbol>@AUTH(<key>, <discriminator> [, addr])
For example:
.quad _g3@AUTH(ib, 1234, addr)
The optional 'addr' specifier represents whether the generated pointer
authentication code will also include address diversity (by blending the
address of the storage location of the relocated pointer with the
user-specified constant discriminator).
The @AUTH expression lowers to R_AARCH64_AUTH_ABS64 ELF relocation.
The signing schema is encoded in the place of relocation to be applied
as follows:

For a b/bl instruction that branches a temporary symbol (private
assembly label), an IMAGE_REL_ARM64_BRANCH26 relocation to another
symbol + a non-zero offset could be emitted but the linkers don't
support this type of relocation and cause incorrect relocations and
crashes. Avoid emitting this type of relocations.

Using masks and bounds that are magic numbers means that defects
in bounds checking and offset masking are subtle and hard to
detect. https://reviews.llvm.org/D152841 is an example of this

The MachO format uses 2 bits to encode these personality funtions, with 0 reserved for "no-personality".
This means we can only have up to 3 personality. There are already three popular personalities: __gxx_personality_v0, __gcc_personality_v0, and __objc_personality_v0.
As a result, any system that needs custom-personality will run into a problem.
This patch implemented jyknight's proposal to simply force DWARFs for all non-canonical personality functions.

This patch mechanically replaces None with std::nullopt where the
compiler would warn if None were deprecated. The intent is to reduce
the amount of manual work required in migrating from Optional to

Big endian Nops were being generated as d5 03 20 1f fnmadd s21, s30,
s0, s0, getting the bytes of the NOP in the wrong order. This switches
the bytes to not be dependant on the endianness.

CodeGen will only produce fixed formwat prologues, but hand-written assembly
can have .cfi directives in any combination they want. This should cause a
fallback to DWARF rather than an assertion failure (or an incorrect compact
unwind if assertions are disabled).
Asynchronous exception support for the prologue means that there can be
multiple .cfi_def_cfa_offset instructions in a single function, which tripped
up an assertion in the compact unwind generator.
In reality the compact unwind format is far too restrictive to represent
asynchronous frames so if we ever wanted that on Darwin we'd fall back to DWARF
(possibly keeping compact unwind around for synchronous users). So the compact
format should continue to represent the synchronous situation, and the
assertion can be removed.
Instead of asserting, fallback to emitting DWARF unwind info when an
attempt is made to output compact unwind info for a function with
multiple adjustments to the CFA offset.
Multiple adjustments of SP are common and with instruction precise
unwind tables these may translate into multiple `.cfi_def_cfa_offset`
directives.

This moves the registry higher in the LLVM library dependency stack.
Every client of the target registry needs to link against MC anyway to
actually use the target, so we might as well move this out of Support.
This allows us to ensure that Support doesn't have includes from MC/*.

On some architectures such as Arm and X86 the encoding for a nop may
change depending on the subtarget in operation at the time of
encoding. This change replaces the per module MCSubtargetInfo retained
by the targets AsmBackend in favour of passing through the local
MCSubtargetInfo in operation at the time.
On Arm using the architectural NOP instruction can have a performance
benefit on some implementations.
For Arm I've deleted the copy of the AsmBackend's MCSubtargetInfo to
limit the chances of this causing problems in the future. I've not
done this for other targets such as X86 as there is more frequent use
of the MCSubtargetInfo and it looks to be for stable properties that
we would not expect to vary per function.
This change required threading STI through MCNopsFragment and
MCBoundaryAlignFragment.

This extends any frame record created in the function to include that
parameter, passed in X22.
The new record looks like [X22, FP, LR] in memory, and FP is stored with 0b0001
in bits 63:60 (CodeGen assumes they are 0b0000 in normal operation). The effect
of this is that tools walking the stack should expect to see one of three
values there:
* 0b0000 => a normal, non-extended record with just [FP, LR]
* 0b0001 => the extended record [X22, FP, LR]
* 0b1111 => kernel space, and a non-extended record.
All other values are currently reserved.
If compiling for arm64e this context pointer is address-discriminated with the
discriminator 0xc31a and the DB (process-specific) key.
There is also an "i8** @llvm.swift.async.context.addr()" intrinsic providing
front-ends access to this slot (and forcing its creation initialized to nullptr
if necessary).
Add the aarch64[_be]-*-gnu_ilp32 targets to support the GNU ILP32 ABI for AArch64.
The needed codegen changes were mostly already implemented in D61259, which added support for the watchOS ILP32 ABI. The main changes are:
- Wiring up the new target to enable ILP32 codegen and MC.
- ILP32 va_list support.
- ILP32 TLSDESC relocation support.
There was existing MC support for ELF ILP32 relocations from D25159 which could be enabled by passing "-target-abi ilp32" to llvm-mc. This was changed to check for "gnu_ilp32" in the target triple instead. This shouldn't cause any issues since the existing support was slightly broken: it was generating ELF64 objects instead of the ELF32 object files expected by the GNU ILP32 toolchain.
This target has been tested by running the full rustc testsuite on a big-endian ILP32 system based on the GCC ILP32 toolchain.

Summary:
Before this patch, `relaxInstruction` takes three arguments, the first
argument refers to the instruction before relaxation and the third
argument is the output instruction after relaxation. There are two quite
strange things:
1) The first argument's type is `const MCInst &`, the third
argument's type is `MCInst &`, but they may be aliased to the same
variable
2) The backends of ARM, AMDGPU, RISC-V, Hexagon assume that the third
argument is a fresh uninitialized `MCInst` even if `relaxInstruction`
may be called like `relaxInstruction(Relaxed, STI, Relaxed)` in a
loop.
In this patch, we drop the thrid argument, and let `relaxInstruction`
directly modify the given instruction. Also, this patch fixes the bug https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=45580, which is introduced by D77851, and
breaks the assumption of ARM, AMDGPU, RISC-V, Hexagon.

Summary:
The functions different in two ways:
- getLLVMRegNum could return both "eh" and "other" dwarf register
numbers, while getLLVMRegNumFromEH only returned the "eh" number.
- getLLVMRegNum asserted if the register was not found, while the second
function returned -1.
The second distinction was pretty important, but it was very hard to
infer that from the function name. Aditionally, for the use case of
dumping dwarf expressions, we needed a function which can work with both
kinds of number, but does not assert.
This patch solves both of these issues by merging the two functions into
one, returning an Optional<unsigned> value. While the same thing could
be achieved by adding an "IsEH" argument to the (renamed)
getLLVMRegNumFromEH function, it seemed better to avoid the confusion of
two functions and put the choice of asserting into the hands of the
caller -- if he checks the Optional value, he can safely process
"untrusted" input, and if he blindly dereferences the Optional, he gets
the assertion.
I've updated all call sites to the new API, choosing between the two
options according to the function they were calling originally, except
that I've updated the usage in DWARFExpression.cpp to use the "safe"
method instead, and added a test case which would have previously
triggered an assertion failure when processing (incorrect?) dwarf
expressions.

AArch64AsmBackend.cpp was not using any APIs from AArch64.h, and was
only including it for transitive dependencies. Doing so is problematic
from include-what-you-use perspective, but it is also a layering issue
(it creates a dependency cycle between the primary AArch64 target
library and the MCTargetDesc library).

VK_SABS is part of the SymLoc bitfield in the variant kind which should
be compared for equality, not by checking the VK_SABS bit.
As far as I know, the existing code happened to produce the correct
results in all cases, so this is just a cleanup.
