2a528760bf [AVR] Fix an issue of writing 16-bit ports
For 16-bit ports, the normal devices reqiure writing high byte first
and then low byte. But the XMEGA devices require the reverse order.

[AVR] correctly declare __do_copy_data and __do_clear_bss
These two symbols are declared in object files to indicate whether .data
needs to be copied from flash or .bss needs to be cleared. They are
supported on avr-gcc and reduce firmware size a bit, which is especially
important on very small chips.

I checked the behavior of avr-gcc and matched it as well as possible.
From my investigation, it seems to work as follows:

__do_copy_data is set when the compiler finds a data symbol:
  * without a section name
  * with a section name starting with ".data" or ".gnu.linkonce.d"
  * with a section name starting with ".rodata" or ".gnu.linkonce.r" and
    flash and RAM are in the same address space

__do_clear_bss is set when the compiler finds a data symbol:
  * without a section name
  * with a section name that starts with .bss

Simply checking whether the calculated section name starts with ".data",
".rodata" or ".bss" should result in the same behavior.

[AVR] Do not use R0/R1 on avrtiny
This patch makes sure the compiler uses R16/R17 on avrtiny (attiny10
etc) instead of R0/R1.

Some notes:

  * For the NEGW and ROLB instructions, it adds an explicit zero
    register. This is necessary because the zero register is different
    on avrtiny (and InstrInfo Uses lines need a fixed register).
  * Not entirely sure about putting all tests in features/avr-tiny.ll,
    but it doesn't seem like the "target-cpu"="attiny10" attribute
    works.

[AVR] Fix atomicrmw result value
This patch fixes the atomicrmw result value to be the value before the
operation instead of the value after the operation. This was a bug, left
as a FIXME in the code (see https://reviews.llvm.org/D97127).

From the LangRef:

> The contents of memory at the location specified by the <pointer>
> operand are atomically read, modified, and written back. The original
> value at the location is returned.

Doing this expansion early allows the register allocator to arrange
registers in such a way that commutable operations are simply swapped
around as needed, which results in shorter code while still being
correct.

c7a0b2684f [X86][MC][Target] Initial backend support a tune CPU to support -mtune
This patch implements initial backend support for a -mtune CPU controlled by a "tune-cpu" function attribute. If the attribute is not present X86 will use the resolved CPU from target-cpu attribute or command line.

This patch adds MC layer support a tune CPU. Each CPU now has two sets of features stored in their GenSubtargetInfo.inc tables . These features lists are passed separately to the Processor and ProcessorModel classes in tablegen. The tune list defaults to an empty list to avoid changes to non-X86. This annoyingly increases the size of static tables on all target as we now store 24 more bytes per CPU. I haven't quantified the overall impact, but I can if we're concerned.

One new test is added to X86 to show a few tuning features with mismatched tune-cpu and target-cpu/target-feature attributes to demonstrate independent control. Another new test is added to demonstrate that the scheduler model follows the tune CPU.

I have not added a -mtune to llc/opt or MC layer command line yet. With no attributes we'll just use the -mcpu for both. MC layer tools will always follow the normal CPU for tuning.

1420f4efbe [AVR] Fix I/O instructions on XMEGA
Summary:
On XMEGA, I/O address space is same as data address space - there is no 0x20 offset,
because CPU General Purpose Registers are not mapped in data address space.

> In the XMEGA variant, the working register file is not mapped into the data address space; as such, it is not possible to treat any of the XMEGA's working registers as though they were SRAM. 2cf4b4de0c [AVR] Fix reads of uninitialized variables from constructor of AVRSubtarget
The initialization order was not correct. These bugs were discovered by
valgrind. They appear to work fine in practice but this patch should
unblock switching the AVR backend on by default as now a standard AVR
llc invocation runs without memory errors.

The AVRISelLowering constructor would run before the subtarget boolean
fields were initialized to false. Now, the initialization order is
correct.

13be27482e [AVR] Fix read of uninitialized variable AVRSubtarget:::ELFArch
Found by the LLVM MemorySanitizer tests when switching AVR to a default
backend.

ELFArch must be initialized before the call to
initializeSubtargetDependencies().

The uninitialized read would occur deep within TableGen'd code.

2946cd7010 Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo
to reflect the new license.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

7203e00b5e [AVR] Expand 8/16-bit multiplication to libcalls on MCUs that don't have hardware MUL
This change modifies the LLVM ISel lowering settings so that
8-bit/16-bit multiplication is expanded to calls into the compiler
runtime library if the MCU being targeted does not support
multiplication in hardware.

Before this, MUL instructions would be generated on CPUs like the
ATtiny85, triggering a CPU reset due to an illegal instruction at
runtime.

b3bde2ea50 Fix a bunch more layering of CodeGen headers that are in Target
All these headers already depend on CodeGen headers so moving them into
CodeGen fixes the layering (since CodeGen depends on Target, not the
other way around).

6bda14b313 Sort the remaining #include lines in include/... and lib/....
I did this a long time ago with a janky python script, but now
clang-format has built-in support for this. I fed clang-format every
line with a #include and let it re-sort things according to the precise
LLVM rules for include ordering baked into clang-format these days.

I've reverted a number of files where the results of sorting includes
isn't healthy. Either places where we have legacy code relying on
particular include ordering (where possible, I'll fix these separately)
or where we have particular formatting around #include lines that
I didn't want to disturb in this patch.

This patch is *entirely* mechanical. If you get merge conflicts or
anything, just ignore the changes in this patch and run clang-format
over your #include lines in the files.

Sorry for any noise here, but it is important to keep these things
stable. I was seeing an increasing number of patches with irrelevant
re-ordering of #include lines because clang-format was used. This patch
at least isolates that churn, makes it easy to skip when resolving
conflicts, and gets us to a clean baseline (again).

f830f4baa5 [AVR] Remove the 'AVRConfig.h' header
It defined the LLVM_AVR_GCC_COMPAT constant, which would enable/disable
certain GCC-specific behaviours.

There is no point conditionally turning it on/off, as it will always be
turned on, and we have to maintain both code paths anyway.
