[X86] Support encoding/decoding and lowering for APX variant SHL/SHR/SAR/ROL/ROR/RCL/RCR/SHLD/SHRD (#78853)
Four variants: promoted legacy, ND (new data destination), NF (no flags
update) and NF_ND (NF + ND).

The syntax of NF instructions is aligned with GNU binutils.

[NFC][X86] Reorg MC tests for APX promoted instrs (#76697)
As suggested in https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/76210, this
patch re-organize the mc tests for apx promoted instrs, instr tests
within same cpuid would be listed in one test.
Also add explicit prefix {evex} tests and 8 displacement memory test,
promoted instrs need set No_CD8 to avoid AVX512 compress encoding.

77589e945f [X86] Remove patterns for shift/rotate with immediate 1 and optimize during MC lowering
It's first suggested by @craig.topper in D150068. I think there are at least three pros

1. This can reduce the patterns during ISEL, as a result, reducing the bytes in X86GenDAGISel.inc
2. The patterns for shift/rotate with immediate 1 look quite similar to shift/rotate with immediate 8. So this can be seen as eliminating "duplicate" code.
3. Delay the optimization from imm8 to imm1, so that the previous optimization passes do not need to handle the version of imm1

It improves fast isel code and makes X86DomainReassignment work for shifts by 1, but regressed global isel, though no one should care.

8885a7640b [X86] Separate imm from relocImm handling.
relocImm was a complexPattern that handled both ConstantSDNode
and X86Wrapper. But it was only applied selectively because using
it would cause patterns to be not importable into FastISel or
GlobalISel. So it only got applied to flag setting instructions,
stores, RMW arithmetic instructions, and rotates.

Most of the test changes are a result of making patterns available
to GlobalISel or FastISel. The absolute-cmp.ll change is due to
this fixing a pattern ordering issue to make an absolute symbol
match to an 8-bit immediate before trying a 32-bit immediate.

I tried to use PatFrags to reduce the repetition, but I was getting
errors from TableGen.

b3b4727a3e [X86] Replace (most) X86ISD::SHLD/SHRD usage with ISD::FSHL/FSHR generic opcodes (PR39467)
For i32 and i64 cases, X86ISD::SHLD/SHRD are close enough to ISD::FSHL/FSHR that we can use them directly, we just need to account for the operand commutation for SHRD.

The i16 SHLD/SHRD case is annoying as the shift amount is modulo-32 (vs funnel shift modulo-16), so I've added X86ISD::FSHL/FSHR equivalents, which matches the generic implementation in all other terms.

Something I'm slightly concerned with is that ISD::FSHL/FSHR legality is controlled by the Subtarget.isSHLDSlow() feature flag - we don't normally use non-ISA features for this but it allows the DAG combines to continue to operate after legalization in a lot more cases.

The X86 *bits.ll changes are all affected by the same issue - we now have a "FSHR(-1,-1,amt) -> ROTR(-1,amt) -> (-1)" simplification that reduces the dependencies enough for the branch fall through code to mess up.

7c9afc35bc [X86] Add post-isel pseudos for rotate by immediate using SHLD/SHRD
Haswell CPUs have special support for SHLD/SHRD with the same register for both sources. Such an instruction will go to the rotate/shift unit on port 0 or 6. This gives it 1 cycle latency and 0.5 cycle reciprocal throughput. When the register is not the same, it becomes a 3 cycle operation on port 1. Sandybridge and Ivybridge always have 1 cyc latency and 0.5 cycle reciprocal throughput for any SHLD.

When FastSHLDRotate feature flag is set, we try to use SHLD for rotate by immediate unless BMI2 is enabled. But MachineCopyPropagation can look through a copy and change one of the sources to be different. This will break the hardware optimization.

This patch adds psuedo instruction to hide the second source input until after register allocation and MachineCopyPropagation. I'm not sure if this is the best way to do this or if there's some other way we can make this work.

These instructions used to use rotl with a bitwidth-1 immediate. I changed the immediate to 1,

Thankfully this seems to have not caused a functional issue because we now had two rotl by 1 patterns,
but the correct ones were earlier and took priority. So we just missed some optimization.

54a0b53308 [X86] Add patterns for rotr by immediate to fix PR41057.
Prior to the introduction of funnel shift intrinsics we could count on rotate
by immediates prefering to use rotl since that's what MatchRotate would check
first. The or+shift pattern doesn't have a direction so one must be chosen
arbitrarily.

With funnel shift, there is a direction and fshr will try to use rotr first.
While fshl will try to use rotl first.

This patch adds the isel patterns for rotr to complement the rotl patterns. I've
put the rotr by 1 patterns in the instruction patterns. And moved the rotl by
bitwidth-1 patterns to separate Pat patterns.

Fixes PR41057.

2946cd7010 Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo
to reflect the new license.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

f09fc3bc12 [X86] Move ReadAfterLd functionality into X86FoldableSchedWrite (PR36957)
Currently we hardcode instructions with ReadAfterLd if the register operands don't need to be available until the folded load has completed. This doesn't take into account the different load latencies of different memory operands (PR36957).

This patch adds a ReadAfterFold def into X86FoldableSchedWrite to replace ReadAfterLd, allowing us to specify the load latency at a scheduler class level.

I've added ReadAfterVec*Ld classes that match the XMM/Scl, XMM and YMM/ZMM WriteVecLoad classes that we currently use, we can tweak these values in future patches once this infrastructure is in place.

Summary:
{F6603964}
While there is still some discrepancies within that new group,
it is clearly separate from the other shifts.
And Agner's tables agree, these double shifts are clearly
different from the normal shifts/rotates.

I'm guessing `FeatureSlowSHLD` is related.

Indeed, a basic sched pair is *not* the /best/ match.
But keeping it in the WriteShift is /clearly/ not ideal either.
This can and likely will be fine-tuned later.

This is purely mechanical change, it does not change any numbers,
as the [lack of the change of] mca tests show.

ab70f58891 [X86] Change how we prefer shift by immediate over folding a load into a shift.
BMI2 added new shift by register instructions that have the ability to fold a load.

Normally without doing anything special isel would prefer folding a load over folding an immediate because the load folding pattern has higher "complexity". This would require an instruction to move the immediate into a register. We would rather fold the immediate instead and have a separate instruction for the load.

We used to enforce this priority by artificially lowering the complexity of the load pattern.

This patch changes this to instead reject the load fold in isProfitableToFoldLoad if there is an immediate. This is more consistent with other binops and feels less hacky.

This is not complete fix as FastISel contains workaround for wrong debug
