Only tests in llvm/test/Analysis.
-analyze is legacy PM-specific.
This only touches files with `-passes`.
I looked through everything and made sure that everything had a new PM equivalent.

NPM passes just use the normal versions of these analyses instead.
Also pin any tests with -analyze to legacy PM.

Currently the loop branch heuristic is applied before the invoke heuristic which makes us overestimate the probability of the unwind destination of invokes inside loops. This in turn makes us grossly underestimate the frequencies of loops with invokes.
