[Codegen] Make Width in getMemOperandsWithOffsetWidth a LocationSize. (#83875)
This is another part of #70452 which makes getMemOperandsWithOffsetWidth
use a LocationSize for Width, as opposed to the unsigned it currently
uses. The advantages on it's own are not super high if
getMemOperandsWithOffsetWidth usually uses known sizes, but if the
values can come from an MMO it can help be more accurate in case they
are Unknown (and in the future, scalable).

[AMDGPU,test] Change llc -march= to -mtriple= (#75982)
Similar to 806761a7629df268c8aed49657aeccffa6bca449.

For IR files without a target triple, -mtriple= specifies the full
target triple while -march= merely sets the architecture part of the
default target triple, leaving a target triple which may not make sense,
e.g. amdgpu-apple-darwin.

Therefore, -march= is error-prone and not recommended for tests without
a target triple. The issue has been benign as we recognize
$unknown-apple-darwin as ELF instead of rejecting it outrightly.

This patch changes AMDGPU tests to not rely on the default
OS/environment components. Tests that need fixes are not changed:

926746d22a [AMDGPU][GFX11] Legalize and select partial NSA MIMG instructions
If more registers are needed for VAddr then the NSA format allows then the
final register can act as a contigous set of remaining addresses. Update
legalizer to pack register for this new format and allow instruction
selection to use NSA encoding when number of addresses exceeds max size.
Also update SIShrinkInstructions to handle partial NSA.

d1af09ad96 [AMDGPU] gfx11 Generate VOPD Instructions
We form VOPD instructions in the GCNCreateVOPD pass by combining
back-to-back component instructions. There are strict register
constraints for creating a legal VOPD, namely that the matching operands
(e.g. src0x and src0y, src1x and src1y) must be in different register
banks. We add a PostRA scheduler
mutation to put possible VOPD components back-to-back.

0f94d2b385 [AMDGPU] GFX11: automatically release VGPRs at the end of the shader
GFX11 has a new message type MSG_DEALLOC_VGPRS which can be used to
release a shader's VGPRs. Sending this at the end of a shader (just
before the s_endpgm) can help overall system performance in cases where
the s_endpgm would have to wait for outstanding VMEM stores to complete
before releasing the VGPRs.

2291bd137d [AMDGPU] Update subtarget features for new target ID support
Support for XNACK and SRAMECC is not static on some GPUs. We must be able
to differentiate between different scenarios for these dynamic subtarget
features.

The possible settings are:

- Unsupported: The GPU has no support for XNACK/SRAMECC.
- Any: Preference is unspecified. Use conservative settings that can run anywhere.
- Off: Request support for XNACK/SRAMECC Off
- On: Request support for XNACK/SRAMECC On

GCNSubtarget will track the four options based on the following criteria. If
the subtarget does not support XNACK/SRAMECC we say the setting is
"Unsupported". If no subtarget features for XNACK/SRAMECC are requested we
must support "Any" mode. If the subtarget features XNACK/SRAMECC exist in the
feature string when initializing the subtarget, the settings are "On/Off".

The defaults are updated to be conservatively correct, meaning if no setting
for XNACK or SRAMECC is explicitly requested, defaults will be used which
generate code that can be run anywhere. This corresponds to the "Any" setting.

c799f873cb [AMDGPU] Don't cluster stores

advantage to clustering stores on any AMDGPU subtargets.

The disadvantage is that it tends to increase register pressure and

0d7bd34312 [MachineScheduler] Ignore artificial edges when forming store chains
Summary:
BaseMemOpClusterMutation::apply forms store chains by looking for
control (i.e. non-data) dependencies from one mem op to another.

In the test case, clusterNeighboringMemOps successfully clusters the
loads, and then adds artificial edges to the loads' successors as
described in the comment:
// Copy successor edges from SUa to SUb. Interleaving computation
// dependent on SUa can prevent load combining due to register reuse.
The effect of this is that *data* dependencies from one load to a store
are copied as *artificial* dependencies from a different load to the
same store.

Then when BaseMemOpClusterMutation::apply looks at the stores, it finds
that some of them have a control dependency on a previous load, which
breaks the chains and means that the stores are not all considered part
of the same chain and won't all be clustered.

The fix is to only consider non-artificial control dependencies when
forming chains.
