[AMDGPU,test] Change llc -march= to -mtriple= (#75982)
Similar to 806761a7629df268c8aed49657aeccffa6bca449.

For IR files without a target triple, -mtriple= specifies the full
target triple while -march= merely sets the architecture part of the
default target triple, leaving a target triple which may not make sense,
e.g. amdgpu-apple-darwin.

Therefore, -march= is error-prone and not recommended for tests without
a target triple. The issue has been benign as we recognize
$unknown-apple-darwin as ELF instead of rejecting it outrightly.

This patch changes AMDGPU tests to not rely on the default
OS/environment components. Tests that need fixes are not changed:

faa2c678aa [AMDGPU] Add buffer intrinsics that take resources as pointers
In order to enable the LLVM frontend to better analyze buffer
operations (and to potentially enable more precise analyses on the
backend), define versions of the raw and structured buffer intrinsics
that use `ptr addrspace(8)` instead of `<4 x i32>` to represent their
rsrc arguments.

The new intrinsics are named by replacing `buffer.` with `buffer.ptr`.

One advantage to these intrinsic definitions is that, instead of
specifying that a buffer load/store will read/write some memory, we
can indicate that the memory read or written will be based on the
pointer argument. This means that, for example, a read from a
`noalias` buffer can be pulled out of a loop that is modifying a
distinct buffer.

In the future, we will define custom PseudoSourceValues that will
allow us to package up the (buffer, index, offset) triples that buffer
intrinsics contain and allow for more precise backend analysis.

This work also enables creating address space 7, which represents
manipulation of raw buffers using native LLVM load and store
instructions.

Where tests simply used a buffer intrinsic while testing some other
code path (such as the tests for VGPR spills), they have been updated
to use the new intrinsic form. Tests that are "about" buffer
intrinsics (for instance, those that ensure that they codegen as
expected) have been duplicated, either within existing files or into
new ones.

The legacy not struct or raw buffer intrinsics should now all be

555d8f4ef5 [AMDGPU] Bundle loads before post-RA scheduler
We are relying on atrificial DAG edges inserted by the
MemOpClusterMutation to keep loads and stores together in the
post-RA scheduler. This does not work all the time since it
allows to schedule a completely independent instruction in the
middle of the cluster.

Removed the DAG mutation and added pass to bundle already
clustered instructions. These bundles are unpacked before the
memory legalizer because it does not work with bundles but also
because it allows to insert waitcounts in the middle of a store
cluster.

Removing artificial edges also allows a more relaxed scheduling.

2710171a15 AMDGPU: Write LDS objects out as global symbols in code generation
Summary:
The symbols use the processor-specific SHN_AMDGPU_LDS section index
introduced with a previous change. The linker is then expected to resolve
relocations, which are also emitted.

Initially disabled for HSA and PAL environments until they have caught up
in terms of linker and runtime loader.

Some notes:

- The llvm.amdgcn.groupstaticsize intrinsics can no longer be lowered
to a constant at compile times, which means some tests can no longer
  be applied.

The current "solution" is a terrible hack, but the intrinsic isn't
used by Mesa, so we can keep it for now.

- We no longer know the full LDS size per kernel at compile time, which
means that we can no longer generate a relevant error message at
compile time. It would be possible to add a check for the size of
individual variables, but ultimately the linker will have to perform
  the final check.

70e8bc1bf3 [AMDGPU] Add intrinsics for tbuffer load and store
Intrinsic already existed for llvm.SI.tbuffer.store

Needed tbuffer.load and also re-implementing the intrinsic as llvm.amdgcn.tbuffer.*

Added CodeGen tests for the 2 new variants added.
Left the original llvm.SI.tbuffer.store implementation to avoid issues with existing code

02d784172c LiveIntervalAnalysis: fix a crash in repairOldRegInRange
Summary:
See the new test case for one that was (non-deterministically) crashing
on trunk and deterministically hit the assertion that I added in D23302.
Basically, the machine function contains a sequence

     DS_WRITE_B32 %vreg4, %vreg14:sub0, ...
     DS_WRITE_B32 %vreg4, %vreg14:sub0, ...
     %vreg14:sub1<def> = COPY %vreg14:sub0

and SILoadStoreOptimizer::mergeWrite2Pair merges the two DS_WRITE_B32
instructions into one before calling repairIntervalsInRange.

Now repairIntervalsInRange wants to repair %vreg14, in particular, and
ends up trying to repair %vreg14:sub1 as well, but that only becomes
active _after_ the range that is to be repaired, hence the crash due
to LR.find(...) == LR.begin() at the start of repairOldRegInRange.

I believe that just skipping those subrange is fine, but again, not too
familiar with that code.
