The LIT test cases were migrated with the script provided by
Nikita Popov. Due to the size of the change it is split into
several parts.

eg: mffprd,mtfprd etc.
We only support one of them, this patch add the others.

Power8 has MTVSRWZ but no LXSIBZX/LXSIHZX, so move 1 or 2 bytes to VSR through MTVSRWZ is much faster than store the extended value into stack and load it with LXSIWZX.
This patch fixes pr31144.
