ecd6d7254e [test] llvm/test/: change llvm-objdump single-dash long options to double-dash options

Grouped option syntax (POSIX Utility Conventions) does not play well with -long-option
A subsequent change will reject -long-option.

49045c6a0d [MSP430] Add MC layer 
Reapply r346374 with the fixes for modules build.

Original summary:

This change implements assembler parser, code emitter, ELF object writer
and disassembler for the MSP430 ISA.  Also, more instruction forms are added
to the target description.
