e76ecbb0f3 [test] Use opt -passes syntax in DeadArgElim lit tests. NFC 
The legacy PM is deprecated, so update a bunch of lit tests running
opt to use the new PM syntax when specifying the pipeline.

cee313d288 Revert "Temporarily Revert "Add basic loop fusion pass."" 
The reversion apparently deleted the test/Transforms directory.

Will be re-reverting again.

c0a0363d5c [IR] Copy comdats in GlobalObject::copyAttributesFrom 
This is probably correct for all uses except cross-module IR linking,
where we need to move the comdat from the source module to the
destination module.

Fixes PR27870.
