With this patch an undefined mask in a shufflevector will be printed as poison.
This change is done to support the new shufflevector semantics
for undefined mask elements.

Previously only the very first gather/buildvector node might be probed for reshuffling of other nodes.
But the compiler may do the same for other gather/buildvector nodes too, just need to check the
dependency and postpone the emission of the dependent nodes, if the origin nodes were not emitted yet.

These are the worst case generic vector shift costs, where nothing is known about the shift amounts - in particular this should stop us using the default sizelatency cost of 1 for so many pre-AVX2 vector shifts that can often actually expand during lowering to +20 uops, just for 128-bit vectors, resulting in some horrible inline/unroll decisions.
This was achieved with an updated version of the 'cost-tables vs llvm-mca' script D103695 (I'll update the patch soon for reference)

The basic idea to this is that a) having a single canonical type makes CSE easier, and b) many of our transforms are inconsistent about which types we end up with based on visit order.
I'm restricting this to constants as for non-constants, we'd have to decide whether the simplicity was worth extra instructions. For constants, there are no extra instructions.
We chose the canonical type as i64 arbitrarily. We might consider changing this to something else in the future if we have cause.

This patch is for fixing potential shufflevector-related bugs like D93818.
As D93818, this patch change shufflevector's default placeholder to poison.
To reduce risk, it was divided into several patches, and this patch is for InstCombineCompares and InstructionCombining.

This is a patch that replaces shufflevector and insertelement's placeholder value with poison.
Underlying motivation is to fix the semantics of shufflevector with undef mask to return poison instead
(D93818)
The consensus has been made in the late 2020 via mailing list as well as the thread in https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=44185 .
This patch is a simple syntactic change to the existing code, hence directly pushed as a commit.
Determined from llvm-mca analysis, AVX1 capable targets have a higher throughput for VPBLENDVB and shuffle ops, making it cheaper to perform shift+shuffle/select shift patterns.
Add new type of tree node for `InsertElementInst` chain forming vector.
These instructions could be either removed, or replaced by shuffles during
vectorization and we can add this node to cost model, so naturally estimating
their cost, getting rid of `CompensateCost` tricks and reducing further work
for InstCombine. This fixes PR40522 and PR35732 in a natural way. Also this
patch is the first step towards revectorization of partially vectorization
(to fix PR42022 completely). After adding inserts to tree the next step is
to add vector instructions there (for instance, to merge `store <2 x float>`
and `store <2 x float>` to `store <4 x float>`).
Fixes PR40522 and PR35732.

1. No need to call `areAllUsersVectorized` as later the cost is
calculated only if the instruction has one use and gets vectorized.
2. Need to calculate the cost of the dead extractelement more precisely,
taking the vector type of the vector operand, not the resulting
vector type.

This patch makes SLP and LV emit operations with initial vectors set to poison constant instead of undef.
This is a part of efforts for using poison vector instead of undef to represent "doesn't care" vector.
The goal is to make nice shufflevector optimizations valid that is currently incorrect due to the tricky interaction between undef and poison (see https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=44185 ).

Users are detected with findBuildAggregate routine and the trick is
that following SLP vectorization may end up vectorizing entire list

chunks and these adjustments obviously have to be smaller than the
entire aggregate build cost.

This tries to improve the accuracy of extract/insert element costs by accounting for subvector extraction/insertion for >128-bit vectors and the shuffling of elements to/from the 0'th index.
It also adds INSERTPS for f32 types and PINSR/PEXTR costs for integer types (at the moment we assume the same cost as MOVD/MOVQ - which isn't always true).

I'm not sure what the effect of this change will be on all of the affected
tests or a larger benchmark, but it fixes the horizontal add/sub problems
noted here:
https://reviews.llvm.org/D59710?vs=227972&id=228095&whitespace=ignore-most#toc
The costs are based on reciprocal throughput numbers in Agner's tables for
PEXTR*; these appear to be very slow ops on Silvermont.
This is a small step towards the larger motivation discussed in PR43605:
https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=43605
Also, it seems likely that insert/extract is the source of perf regressions on
other CPUs (up to 30%) that were cited as part of the reason to revert D59710,
so maybe we'll extend the table-based approach to other subtargets.

This is a refactoring patch which should have all the functionality of the current code. Its goal is twofold:
i. Cleanup and simplify the reordering code, and
ii. Generalize reordering so that it will work for an arbitrary number of operands, not just 2.
This is the second patch in a series of patches that will enable operand reordering across chains of operations. An example of this was presented in EuroLLVM'18 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gIEn34LvyNo .

In PR41304:
https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=41304
...we have a case where we want to fold a binop of select-shuffle (blended) values.
Rather than try to match commuted variants of the pattern, we can canonicalize the
shuffles and check for mask equality with commuted operands.
We don't produce arbitrary shuffle masks in instcombine, but select-shuffles are a
special case that the backend is required to handle because we already canonicalize
vector select to this shuffle form.
So there should be no codegen difference from this change. It's possible that this
improves CSE in IR though.
