Previously only the very first gather/buildvector node might be probed for reshuffling of other nodes.
But the compiler may do the same for other gather/buildvector nodes too, just need to check the
dependency and postpone the emission of the dependent nodes, if the origin nodes were not emitted yet.

This reverts commit a611b3f3059e4c3b9e7b914091c3edaef099fd5d.
It also reverts 7a4061ae372b3262703ffeea3b64db89187db611 which depended on the above.

Gather nodes are vectorized as simply vector of the scalars instead of
relying on the actual node. It leads to the fact that in some cases
we may miss incorrect transformation (non-matching set of scalars is
just ended as a gather node instead of possible vector/gather node).
Better to rely on the actual nodes, it allows to improve stability and
better detect missed cases.

Currently, we try to vectorize values, feeding into stores, only if
slp-vectorize-hor-store option is provided. We can safely enable
vectorization of the value operand of a single store in the basic block,
if the operand value is used only in store.
It should enable extra vectorization and should not increase compile
time significantly.

This reverts commit fc9c59c355cb255446e571b4515b5e41a76503c4.
The patch triggers an assertion when building SPEC on X86. Reduced
reproducer shared at D107966.
Also reverts follow-up commit 11a09af76d11ad5a9f1f95b561112af17ff81f80.
SLP vectorizer emits extracts for externally used vectorized scalars and
estimates the cost for each such extract. But in many cases these
scalars are input for insertelement instructions, forming buildvector,
and instead of extractelement/insertelement pair we can emit/cost
estimate shuffle(s) cost and generate series of shuffles, which can be
further optimized.
Tested using test-suite (+SPEC2017), the tests passed, SLP was able to
generate/vectorize more instructions in many cases and it allowed to reduce
number of re-vectorization attempts (where we could try to vectorize
buildector insertelements again and again).

Changes the preliminary multinode analysis:
1. Introduced scores for reversed loads/extractelements.
2. Improved shallow score calculation.
3. Lowered the cost of external uses (no need to consider it several times, just ones).
4. The initial lane for analysis is the one with the minimal possible
reorderings.
These changes in general shall reduce compile time and improve the
reordering in many cases.

1. No need to call `areAllUsersVectorized` as later the cost is
calculated only if the instruction has one use and gets vectorized.
2. Need to calculate the cost of the dead extractelement more precisely,
taking the vector type of the vector operand, not the resulting
vector type.

This patch makes SLP and LV emit operations with initial vectors set to poison constant instead of undef.
This is a part of efforts for using poison vector instead of undef to represent "doesn't care" vector.
The goal is to make nice shufflevector optimizations valid that is currently incorrect due to the tricky interaction between undef and poison (see https://bugs.llvm.org/show_bug.cgi?id=44185 ).

back into a vector
Previously the cost of the existing ExtractElement/ExtractValue
instructions was considered as a dead cost only if it was detected that
they have only one use. But these instructions may be considered
dead also if users of the instructions are also going to be vectorized,
like:
```
%x0 = extractelement <2 x float> %x, i32 0
%x1 = extractelement <2 x float> %x, i32 1
%x0x0 = fmul float %x0, %x0
%x1x1 = fmul float %x1, %x1
%add = fadd float %x0x0, %x1x1
```
This can be transformed to
```
%1 = fmul <2 x float> %x, %x
%2 = extractelement <2 x float> %1, i32 0
%3 = extractelement <2 x float> %1, i32 1
%add = fadd float %2, %3
```
because though `%x0` and `%x1` have 2 users each other, these users are
part of the vectorized tree and we can consider these `extractelement`
instructions as dead.
