Fix a few broken links (#87098)
References to headings need to be preceded with a slash. Also,
references to headings on the same page do not need to contain the name
of the document (omitting the document name means if the name changes
the links will still be valid).

I double checked the links by building [the
website](https://github.com/llvm/mlir-www):

[mlir] fix LLVM type converter for structs (#73231)
Existing implementation of the LLVM type converter for LLVM structs
containing incompatible types was attempting to change identifiers of
the struct in case of name clash post-conversion (all identified structs
have different names post-conversion since one cannot change the body of
the struct once initialized). Beyond a trivial error of not updating the
counter in renaming, this approach was broken for recursive structs that
can't be made aware of the renaming and would use the pre-existing
struct with clashing name instead.

For example, given

`!llvm.struct<"_Converted.foo", (struct<"_Converted.foo">, f32)>`

the following type

`!llvm.struct<"foo", (struct<"foo", index>)>`

would incorrectly convert to

```
!llvm.struct<"_Converted_1.foo",
             (struct<"_Converted.foo",
	             (struct<"_Converted.foo">, f32)>)>
```

Remove this incorrect renaming and simply refuse to convert types if it
would lead to identifier clashes for structs with different bodies.
Document the expectation that such generated names are reserved and must
not be present in the input IR of the converter. If we ever actually
need to use handle such cases, this can be achieved by temporarily
renaming structs with reserved identifiers to an unreserved name and
back in a pre/post-processing pass that does _not_ use the type
conversion infra.

[MLIR][Doc] Remove LLVM dialect typed pointer documentation (#71246)
This commit removes all references to typed pointers. Typed pointers
have been deprecated for a while now and they will be removed in a
followup.

cb4ccd38fa [mlir][Conversion] Rename the MemRefToLLVM pass
Since the recent MemRef refactoring that centralizes the lowering of
complex MemRef operations outside of the conversion framework, the
MemRefToLLVM pass doesn't directly convert these complex operations.

Instead, to fully convert the whole MemRef dialect space, MemRefToLLVM
needs to run after `expand-strided-metadata`.

Make this more obvious by changing the name of the pass and the option
associated with it from `convert-memref-to-llvm` to
`finalize-memref-to-llvm`.
The word "finalize" conveys that this pass needs to run after something
else and that something else is documented in its tablegen description.

448adfee05 [mlir] Only conditionally lower CF branching ops to LLVM
Previously cf.br cf.cond_br and cf.switch always lowered to their LLVM
equivalents. These ops are all ops that take in some values of given
types and jump to other blocks with argument lists of the same types. If
the types are not the same, a verification failure will later occur. This led
to confusions, as everything works when func->llvm and cf->llvm lowering
both occur because func->llvm updates the blocks and argument lists
while cf->llvm updates the branching ops. Without func->llvm though,
there will potentially be a type mismatch.

This change now only lowers the CF ops if they will later pass
verification. This is possible because the parent op and its blocks will
be updated before the contained branching ops, so they can test their
new operand types against the types of the blocks they jump to.

Another plan was to have func->llvm only update the entry block
signature and to allow cf->llvm to update all other blocks, but this had
2 problems:
1. This would create a FuncOp lowering in cf->llvm lowering which is
   awkward
2. This new pattern would only be applied if the containing FuncOp is
   marked invalid. This is infeasible with the shared LLVM type
   conversion/target infrastructure.

29fbe60009 [MLIR] Rename the generic LLVM allocation and deallocation functions
The generic allocation and deallocation instructions, which are optionally used during the MemRef -> LLVM conversion, should have a name that is specifically bound to their origin, that is the conversion pass itself.

a8601f11fb [MLIR] Generic 'malloc', 'aligned_alloc' and 'free' functions
When converted to the LLVM dialect, the memref.alloc and memref.free operations were generating calls to hardcoded 'malloc' and 'free' functions. This didn't leave any freedom to users to provide their custom implementation. Those operations now convert into calls to '_mlir_alloc' and '_mlir_free' functions, which have also been implemented into the runtime support library as wrappers to 'malloc' and 'free'. The same has been done for the 'aligned_alloc' function.

856056d1b0 [mlir][LLVMIR] Add support for va_start/copy/end intrinsics
This patch adds three new LLVM intrinsic operations: llvm.intr.vastart/copy/end.
And its translation from LLVM IR.

This effectively removes a restriction, imposed by 0126dcf1f0a1, where
non-external functions in LLVM dialect cannot be variadic. At that time
it was not clear how LLVM intrinsics are going to be modeled, which
indirectly affects va_start/copy/end, the core intrinsics used in
variadic functions. But since we have LLVM intrinsics as normal
MLIR operations, it's not a problem anymore.

a6cef03f66 [mlir] Remove the type keyword from type alias definitions
This was carry over from LLVM IR where the alias definition can
be ambiguous, but MLIR type aliases have no such problems.
Having the `type` keyword is superfluous and doesn't add anything.
This commit drops it, which also nicely aligns with the syntax for
attribute aliases (which doesn't have a keyword).

3655069234 [mlir] Move the Builtin FuncOp to the Func dialect
This commit moves FuncOp out of the builtin dialect, and into the Func
dialect. This move has been planned in some capacity from the moment
we made FuncOp an operation (years ago). This commit handles the
functional aspects of the move, but various aspects are left untouched
to ease migration: func::FuncOp is re-exported into mlir to reduce
the actual API churn, the assembly format still accepts the unqualified
`func`. These temporary measures will remain for a little while to
simplify migration before being removed.

23aa5a7446 [mlir] Rename the Standard dialect to the Func dialect
The last remaining operations in the standard dialect all revolve around
FuncOp/function related constructs. This patch simply handles the initial
renaming (which by itself is already huge), but there are a large number
of cleanups unlocked/necessary afterwards:

* Removing a bunch of unnecessary dependencies on Func
* Cleaning up the From/ToStandard conversion passes
* Preparing for the move of FuncOp to the Func dialect

b10940edfc [mlir] Update docs on conversion and translation to LLVM
Create a new document that explain both stages of the process in a single
place, merge and deduplicate the content from the two previous documents. Also
extend the documentation to account for the recent changes in pass structure
due to standard dialect splitting and translation being more flexible.
