River Riddle	a6cef03f66	[mlir] Remove the type keyword from type alias definitions ... This was carry over from LLVM IR where the alias definition can be ambiguous, but MLIR type aliases have no such problems. Having the `type` keyword is superfluous and doesn't add anything. Tei Jeong	94e4ec6499	Add CalibratedQuantizedType to quant dialect ... This type supports a calibrated type with min, max provided. This will be used for importing calibration values of intermediate tensors (e.g. LSTM) which can't be imported with QuantStats op.
