a032dc139d [MLIR][OpenMP] Refactoring createTargetData in OMPIRBuilder
Key changes:
  - Refactor the createTargetData function to make use of the emitOffloadingArrays and emitOffloadingArraysArgument functions to generate code.
  - Added a new emitIfClause helper function to allow handling if clauses in a similar fashion to Clang.
  - Updated the MLIR side of code to account for changes to createTargetData.

5fc1ed471d [Clang][OpenMP][OMPIRBuilder] Fix getTargetEntryUniqueInfo to fatal error instead of assert when it cannot generate a unique ID
This prevents access of uninitialized ID components later, or continuing progress
further making errors harder to track down.

Hoepfully this will be the last in my long series of mistakes in recent
commits relating to this area of code!

309023263d [Clang][OpenMP] Rework recently moved getTargetEntryUniqueInfo to fix incorrect error breaking sanitizer
This move was done by https://reviews.llvm.org/rGcda46cc4f921f6b288c57a68b901ec2f57134606 and may be the issue causing the sanitizer to fail. But in either case, it is an invalid assert that required some changes to function correctly.

cda46cc4f9 [Clang][OpenMP][IRBuilder] Move registerTargetGlobalVariable & getAddrOfDeclareTargetVar into the OMPIRBuilder
This change tries to move registerTargetglobalVariable and
getAddrOfDeclareTargetVar out of Clang's CGOpenMPRuntime
and into the OMPIRBuilder for shared use with MLIR's OpenMPDialect
and Flang (or other languages that may want to utilise it).

This primarily does this by trying to hoist the Clang specific
types into arguments or callback functions in the form of
lambdas, replacing it with LLVM equivelants and
utilising shared OMPIRBuilder enumerators for
the clauses, rather than Clang's own variation.

06b3f6086c [Flang][OpenMP][OMPIRBuilder] Add lowering of TargetOp for device codegen
This patch adds support in the `OpenMPIRBuilder` for generating working
device code for OpenMP target regions. It generates and handles the
result of a call to `__kmpc_target_init()` at the beginning of the
function resulting from outlining each target region, and it also
generates the matching `__kmpc_target_deinit()` call before returning.

It relies on the implementation of target region outlining for host
codegen to handle the production of the new function and the lowering of
its body based on the contents of the associated target region.

48c3ae5cc3 [Clang][Flang][OpenMP] Add loadOffloadInfoMetadata and createOffloadEntriesAndInfoMetadata into OMPIRBuilder's finalize and initialize
This allows the generation of OpenMP offload metadata for the OpenMP
dialect when lowering to LLVM-IR and moves some of the shared logic
between the OpenMP Dialect and Clang into the IRBuilder.

dd02984519 [OpenMP] Naturally align internal global variables in the OpenMPIRBuilder
We use this helper to make several internal global variables during
codegen. currently we do not specify any alignment which allows the
alignment to be set incorrectly after some changes in how alignment was
handled. This patch explicitly aligns these variables to the natural
alignment as specified by the data layout

e494ebf9d0 [OpenMP] Fix incorrect interop type for number of dependencies
The interop types use the number of dependencies in the function
interface. Every other function uses an `i32` to count the number of
dependencies except for the initialization function. This leads to
codegen issues when the rest of the compiler passes in an `i32` that
then creates an invalid call. Fix this to be consistent with the other
uses.

d3f9388ffb [OpenMP][Flang][MLIR] Add lowering of TargetOp for host codegen to LLVM-IR
This patch adds lowering of TargetOps for the host. The lowering outlines the
target region function and uses the OpenMPIRBuilder support functions to emit
the function and call. Code generation for offloading will be done in later
patches.

35cfadfbe2 [OpenMP] Introduce kernel environment
This patch introduces per kernel environment. Previously, flags such as execution mode are set through global variables with name like `__kernel_name_exec_mode`. They are accessible on the host by reading the corresponding global variable, but not from the device. Besides, some assumptions, such as no nested parallelism, are not per kernel basis, preventing us applying per kernel optimization in the device runtime.

This is a combination and refinement of patch series D116908, D116909, and D116910.

f900567678 [OpenMP][AMDGPU] Refactor setting uniform work group size attribute
Work group size attribute was set in Clang specific class. That's why
we cannot reuse this code in Flang.

If we move setting of this attribute to OpenMPIRBuilder, then we can reuse this
code in Flang and Clang. Function createOffloadEntry from OpenMPIRBuilder is
already used by Clang (via OpenMPIRBuilder::createOffloadEntriesAndInfoMetadata
function).

85faee6992 [OpenMP][OMPIRBuilder] Make OffloadEntriesInfoManager a member of OpenMPIRBuilder
This patch adds the OffloadEntriesInfoManager to the OpenMPIRBuilder, and
allows the OffloadEntriesInfoManager to access the Configuration in the
OpenMPIRBuilder.  With the shared Config there is no risk for inconsistencies,
and there is no longer the need for clang to have a separate
OffloadEntriesInfoManager.

2d373e4dc7 [MLIR][OpenMP] Added OMPIRBuilder support for Target Data directives
This patch adds OpenMP IRBuilder support for the Target Data directives to allow lowering to LLVM IR.

The mlir::Translation is responsible for generating supporting code for processing the map_operands through the processMapOperand function, and also generate code for the r>

The OMPIRBuilder is responsible for generating the begin and end mapper function calls.

Limitations:
        - use_device_ptr and use_device_addr clauses are NOT supported for Target Data operation.
        - nowait clauses are NOT supported for Target Enter and Exit Data operations.
        - Only LLVMPointerType is supported for map_operands.

1c9ec74e3f [Clang][OpenMP] Insert alloca for kernel args at function entry block instead of the launch point.
If an inlined kernel is called in a loop, the launch point alloca would
lead to increasing stack usage every time the kernel is invoked. This
could make the application run out of stack space and crash. This problem
is fixed by using the alloca insertion point while creating the alloca instruction.

baca3c1507 Move SIMD alignment calculation to LLVM Frontend
Currently default simd alignment is defined by Clang specific TargetInfo class.
This class cannot be reused for LLVM Flang. That's why default simd alignment
calculation has been moved to OMPIRBuilder which is common for Flang and Clang.

Previous attempt: https://reviews.llvm.org/D138496 was wrong because
the default alignment depended on the number of built LLVM targets.

If we wanted to calculate the default alignment for PPC and we hadn't specified
PPC LLVM target to build, then we would get 0 as the alignment because
OMPIRBuilder couldn't create PPCTargetMachine object and it returned 0 as
the default value.

If PPC LLVM target had been built earlier, then OMPIRBuilder could have created
PPCTargetMachine object and it would have returned 128.

778cf5431c IR: Add atomicrmw uinc_wrap and udec_wrap
These are essentially add/sub 1 with a clamping value.

AMDGPU has instructions for these. CUDA/HIP expose these as
atomicInc/atomicDec. Currently we use target intrinsics for these,
but those do no carry the ordering and syncscope. Add these to
atomicrmw so we can carry these and benefit from the regular
legalization processes.

16a385ba21 [OpenMP] Modernize the kernel launching interface and APIs
We already created a versioned `__tgt_kernel_arguments` struct but it
was only briefly used and its content was passed in isolation anyway.
This makes it hard to add more information in the future. With this
patch we fully embrace the struct as means to pass information from the
compiler to the plugin as part of a kernel launch.

The patch also extends and renames the struct, bumping the version
number to 2. Version 1 entries are auto-upgraded. This is in preparation
for "bare" kernel launches, per kernel dynamic shared memory, CUDA/HIP
lowering, etc.

The `__tgt_target_kernel_nowait` interface was deprecated as it was
unused. Once we actually implement support for something like that, we
can add an appropriate API.

Note: Only plugins with the `launch_kernel` interface are now supported.
      That means that a new clang won't be able to use an old runtime.
      An old clang can still use the new runtime since the libomptarget
      interface did not change.

dc3875e468 Add parameter extension attributes in various instrumentation passes.
For the targets that have in their ABI the requirement that arguments and
return values are extended to the full register bitwidth, it is important
that calls when built also take care of this detail.

The OMPIRBuilder, AddressSanitizer, GCOVProfiling, MemorySanitizer and
ThreadSanitizer passes are with this patch hopefully now doing this properly.

b72f1ec9fb [openmp][mlir] Lower parallel if to new fork_call_if function.
This patch adds a new runtime function `fork_call_if` and uses that
to lower parallel if statements when going through OpenMPIRBuilder.

This fixes an issue where the OpenMPIRBuilder passes all arguments to
fork_call as a struct but this struct is not filled corretly in the
non-if branch by handling the fork inside the runtime.

aadaaface2 [llvm] Use std::nullopt instead of None (NFC)
This patch mechanically replaces None with std::nullopt where the
compiler would warn if None were deprecated.  The intent is to reduce
the amount of manual work required in migrating from Optional to
std::optional.

969d787a47 [OpenMP][OMPIRBuilder] Add a configuration class that captures flags that affect codegen
This patch introudces the OpenMPIRBuilderConfig class which contains various
flags that are needed to lower OMP constructs to LLVM-IR. The purpose is to
keep the flags in one place so they do not have to be passed in every time.
The flags can be set optionally since some uses cases don't rely on functions
that depend on these flags.
