If the calls won't be vectorized, but will be scalarized after
vectorization, they should be build as buildvector nodes, not vector
nodes. Vectorization of such calls leads to incorrect cost estimation,
does not allow to calculate correctly spills costs.

This change is part of this proposal:

- Return true for atan2 from isTriviallyVectorizable
- Add atan2 to VecFuncs.def for massv and accelerate libraries.
- Add atan2 to hasOptimizedCodeGen
- Add atan2 support in llvm/lib/Analysis/ValueTracking.cpp
llvm::getIntrinsicForCallSite and update vectorization tests
- Add atan2 name check to isLoweredToCall in
llvm/include/llvm/Analysis/TargetTransformInfoImpl.h
- Note: there's no test coverage for these names in isLoweredToCall, except that Transforms/TailCallElim/inf-recursion.ll is impacted by the "fabs" case
Thanks to @jroelofs for the atan2 accelerate veclib and associated test
additions, plus the hasOptimizedCodeGen addition.
Part of: Implement the atan2 HLSL Function #70096.
This PR is intended to address the limited SLPVectorizer support of tan
raised in the comments of this PR:
https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/94559.
Right now emitting the tan intrinsisic allows you to vectorize tan, but
emitting the libfunc does not. to address this the libcall needs to be
mapped to the intrinsic. and the libcall and function name need to be
marked approriately so they can be optimized or defined as a call
lowering.
With this patch an undefined mask in a shufflevector will be printed as poison.
This change is done to support the new shufflevector semantics
for undefined mask elements.

Previously only the very first gather/buildvector node might be probed for reshuffling of other nodes.
But the compiler may do the same for other gather/buildvector nodes too, just need to check the
dependency and postpone the emission of the dependent nodes, if the origin nodes were not emitted yet.

This reverts commit a611b3f3059e4c3b9e7b914091c3edaef099fd5d.
It also reverts 7a4061ae372b3262703ffeea3b64db89187db611 which depended on the above.

SLP is currently assuming that control dependence in these cases is irrelevant. This is only valid if none of the lib-funcs involved can throw or infinite loop in the scalar forms. This appears to be true (or at least we infer the respective attributes) for the libfuncs I spot checked. This change is mostly for shrunking the diff on an upcoming patch.
The cost of the InsertSubvector shuffle kind cost is not complete and
may end up with just extracts + inserts costs in many cases. Added
a workaround to represent it as a generic PermuteSingleSrc, which is
still pessimistic but better than InsertSubvector.

Add new type of tree node for `InsertElementInst` chain forming vector.
These instructions could be either removed, or replaced by shuffles during
vectorization and we can add this node to cost model, so naturally estimating
their cost, getting rid of `CompensateCost` tricks and reducing further work
for InstCombine. This fixes PR40522 and PR35732 in a natural way. Also this
patch is the first step towards revectorization of partially vectorization
(to fix PR42022 completely). After adding inserts to tree the next step is
to add vector instructions there (for instance, to merge `store <2 x float>`
and `store <2 x float>` to `store <4 x float>`).
Fixes PR40522 and PR35732.

The legacy SLPVectorizer has a dependency on InjectTLIMappingsLegacy.
That cannot be expressed in the new PM since they are both normal
passes. Explicitly add -inject-tli-mappings as a pass.

Teaches the SLPVectorizer to use vectorized library functions for
non-intrinsic calls.
This already worked for intrinsics that have vectorized library
functions, thanks to D75878, but schedules with library functions with a
vector variant were being rejected early.
- assume that there are no load/store dependencies between lib
functions with a vector variant; this would otherwise prevent the
bundle from becoming "ready"
- check during legalization that the vector variant can be used
- fix-up where we previously assumed that a call would be an intrinsic

It seems like the SLPVectorizer is currently not aware of vector
versions of functions provided by libraries like Accelerate [1].
This patch updates SLPVectorizer to use the same infrastructure
the LoopVectorizer uses to detect vectorizable library functions.
For calls, it computes the cost of an intrinsic call (existing behavior)
and the cost of a vector function library call, if available. Like
LoopVectorizer, it assumes the cost of the vector function is simply the
cost of a call to a vector function.
