825ea37835 Fix a bug in the current MacOSX MachThreadList::EnableHardwareWatchpoint() impl so that 
it enables the hardware watchpoint for all existing threads.  Add a test file for that.
Also fix MachThreadList::DisableHardwareWatchpoint().
