[TableGen] Emit OpName as an enum class instead of a namespace (#125313)
- Change InstrInfoEmitter to emit OpName as an enum class
instead of an anonymous enum in the OpName namespace.
- This will help clearly distinguish between values that are
OpNames vs just operand indices and should help avoid
bugs due to confusion between the two.
- Rename OpName::OPERAND_LAST to NUM_OPERAND_NAMES.
- Emit declaration of getOperandIdx() along with the OpName
enum so it doesn't have to be repeated in various headers.
- Also updated AMDGPU, RISCV, and WebAssembly backends
to conform to the new definition of OpName (mostly
  mechanical changes).

5bc514b74e [bazel] Remove the dependency on CodeGen from MCTargetDesc & Utils
This means llvm-mc should now build without depending on the target
CodeGen libraries.

Fix up a few includes in RISCV, AMDGPU, and X86 MCA to avoid transitive
deps on CodeGen.

62748e934c AMDGPU: Remove add_dependencies calls from CMakeLists.txt
These are redundant. The same dependencies are being added as part
of the add_llvm_component_library() call. I confirmed this by diff'ing
the build.ninja files before and after the change and saw no change.

5d71ec6e44 Split out CodeGenTypes from CodeGen for LLT/MVT
This reduces dependencies on `llvm-tblgen` so much.

`CodeGenTypes` depends on `Support` at the moment.
Be careful to append deps on this, since Targets' tablegens
depend on this.

Depends on D149024

9cfeba5b12 Restore CodeGen/LowLevelType from Support
This is rework of;
  - D30046 (LLT)

Since I have introduced `llvm-min-tblgen` as D146352, `llvm-tblgen`
may depend on `CodeGen`.

`LowLevlType.h` originally belonged to `CodeGen`. Almost all userse are
still under `CodeGen` or `Target`. I think `CodeGen` is the right place
to put `LowLevelType.h`.

`MachineValueType.h` may be moved as well. (later, D149024)

I have made many modules depend on `CodeGen`. It is consistent but
inefficient. It will be split out later, D148769

Besides, I had to isolate MVT and LLT in modmap, since
`llvm::PredicateInfo` clashes between `TableGen/CodeGenSchedule.h`
and `Transforms/Utils/PredicateInfo.h`.
(I think better to introduce namespace llvm::TableGen)

Depends on D145937, D146352, and D148768.

f09cf34d00 [Support] Move TargetParsers to new component
This is a fairly large changeset, but it can be broken into a few
pieces:
- `llvm/Support/*TargetParser*` are all moved from the LLVM Support
component into a new LLVM Component called "TargetParser". This
potentially enables using tablegen to maintain this information, as
is shown in https://reviews.llvm.org/D137517. This cannot currently
be done, as llvm-tblgen relies on LLVM's Support component.
- This also moves two files from Support which use and depend on
  information in the TargetParser:
  - `llvm/Support/Host.{h,cpp}` which contains functions for inspecting
the current Host machine for info about it, primarily to support
getting the host triple, but also for `-mcpu=native` support in e.g.
Clang. This is fairly tightly intertwined with the information in
`X86TargetParser.h`, so keeping them in the same component makes
    sense.
  - `llvm/ADT/Triple.h` and `llvm/Support/Triple.cpp`, which contains
the target triple parser and representation. This is very intertwined
with the Arm target parser, because the arm architecture version
appears in canonical triples on arm platforms.
- I moved the relevant unittests to their own directory.

And so, we end up with a single component that has all the information
about the following, which to me seems like a unified component:
- Triples that LLVM Knows about
- Architecture names and CPUs that LLVM knows about
- CPU detection logic for LLVM

Given this, I have also moved `RISCVISAInfo.h` into this component, as
it seems to me to be part of that same set of functionality.

If you get link errors in your components after this patch, you likely
need to add TargetParser into LLVM_LINK_COMPONENTS in CMake.

97579dcc6d [MCA] Introducing incremental SourceMgr and resumable pipeline
The new resumable mca::Pipeline capability introduced in this patch
allows users to save the current state of pipeline and resume from the
very checkpoint.
It is better (but not require) to use with the new IncrementalSourceMgr,
where users can add mca::Instruction incrementally rather than having a
fixed number of instructions ahead-of-time.

Note that we're using unit tests to test these new features. Because
integrating them into the `llvm-mca` tool will make too many churns.

89b57061f7 Move TargetRegistry.(h|cpp) from Support to MC
This moves the registry higher in the LLVM library dependency stack.
Every client of the target registry needs to link against MC anyway to
actually use the target, so we might as well move this out of Support.

This allows us to ensure that Support doesn't have includes from MC/*.

e4ebfb5786 [MCA] Adding an AMDGPUCustomBehaviour implementation.
This implementation allows mca to model the desired behaviour of the s_waitcnt
instruction. This patch also adds the RetireOOO flag to the AMDGPU instructions
within the scheduling model. This flag is only used by mca and allows
instructions to finish out-of-order which helps mca's simulations more closely
model the actual device.
