Summary:
Looks like many passes print its pass description as a debug message at
the start of each pass, so added that to (mostly newly added) other
passes as well.

When we don't actually have stack-allocated variables but need SP only

Summary:
After the stack is unwound due to a thrown exception, the
`__stack_pointer` global can point to an invalid address. This inserts
instructions that restore `__stack_pointer` global.
