Fangrui Song 8d099271c6 MCInt: Change dump functions to accept MCContext instead of MCRegiserInfo
* MCContext is more accessible to callers.
* With MCContext available, printExpr can be used to print an MCExpr (MCOperand::print) seamlessly.
