[lld] Remove usage of %T in lld/test (#126133)
`%T` is not unique and deprecated
[[1](https://llvm.org/docs/CommandGuide/lit.html#substitutions)].

This patch replaces all `%T` in `lld/test` with `%t.dir` (`mkdir` if
necessary)
