Arthur Eubanks b36c39260e [NewPM] Don't print 'Invalidating all non-preserved analyses' ...

If an analysis is actually invalidated, there's already a log statement
for that: 'Invalidating analysis: FooAnalysis'.
Otherwise the statement is not very useful.
