We already have `const uptr kMaxAllowedMallocSize = 1ULL << 40;` set for ASAN, HWASAN, memprof, TSAN. This patch bumps the malloc limit for MSAN, LSAN and DFSAN to 1TB as well. 8GB is simply not enough nowadays.
