Piotr Zegar 0e2c5cda3c [clang-tidy] Improve cppcoreguidelines-avoid-reference-coroutine-parameters check
Ignore false positives related to matching parameters of non
coroutine functions and increase issue detection for cases
involving type aliases with references.
