Jez Ng ee146ab5b6 Reland "[lld-macho] Fix bugs around EH_Frame symbols" 
This reverts commit e2c868fbf7c304ed1814ed53fdeb7605042f3c8c.

The buildbot failure from the earlier land has been fixed by 7c7e39db7a.
