Initialize the default value of SymbolFileDWARF uuid with the appropriately shifted DW_INVALID_OFFSET constant. This change fixes the collision in the computation of DIE uid (inside DIERef::GetUID) and incorrect CompileUnit lookup (because of the misleading cu_offset value).
