Yaxun Liu 30e4608cca CodeGen: Fix SelectionDAGISel::LowerArguments for sret addr space

SelectionDAGISel::LowerArguments assumes sret addr space is 0, which is
not true for amdgcn---amdgiz target.

This patch fixes that.
