Paulo Matos 864767ab09 [WebAssembly][NFC] Refactor WasmSymbol type setting code
This refactors some code dealing with setting Wasm symbol types.
Some of the code dealing with types was moved from
`WebAssemblyUtilities` to  `WebAssemblyTypeUtilities`.
