GlobalISel/IRTranslator.cpp now references SelectionDAG/FunctionLoweringInfo.cpp.
This fixes a link error in -DBUILD_SHARED_LIBS=on builds:
ld.lld: error: undefined symbol: llvm::FunctionLoweringInfo::clear()
