[lldb] Fix GetExpressionPath for vector registers (#169210) ...

Vector registers have synthetic values for display purposes. This causes
SBValue::GetExpressionPath to dispatch
to ValueObjectSynthetic instead of ValueObjectRegister, producing
incorrect results.

Fixes #147144
