[lldb] Fix TestIvarProtocols to use +new instead of +alloc (NFC) (#172740) 
A test failure on green dragon shows the ivars with unexpected values.
This makes the test us an explicit `+new` instead of `+alloc` (which is
missing an `-init` call).
