Weining Lu 586321467a [LoongArch] Change 'using namespace llvm;' to 'namespace llvm {' in LoongArchTargetParser.cpp. NFC
And change 'using namespace llvm::LoongArch' to 'namespace LoongArch {'
to simplify the code a little bit.
