[flang][Parser][OpenMP] Fix unparser for cancellation_construct_type (#136001) 
Previously the unparser would print like
```
!$OMP CANCEL CANCELLATION_CONSTRUCT_TYPE(SECTIONS)
```

This is not valid Fortran. I have fixed it to print without the clause
name.
