925e195 introduced a regression since which we started to accept invalid trailing commas in many expression lists where they're not allowed by the grammar. The issue came from the fact that an additional invalid state - previously handled by ParseExpressionList - was overlooked in that patch. Fixes https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/136254 No release entry because I want to backport it. (cherry picked from commit c7daab259c3281cf8f649583993bad2536febc02)

Welcome to Clang.
This is a compiler front-end for the C family of languages (C, C++ and Objective-C) which is built as part of the LLVM compiler infrastructure project.
Unlike many other compiler frontends, Clang is useful for a number of things beyond just compiling code: we intend for Clang to be host to a number of different source-level tools. One example of this is the Clang Static Analyzer.
