[lldb] Use numeric_limits for all overflow checks in ObjectFileWasm (#153332) ...

Use std::numeric_limits<uint32_t>::max() for all overflow checks in
ObjectFileWasm and fix a few locations where I incorrectly used `>=`
instead of `>`.
