
Callsite offsets will help map addresses to the right position in the basic block (before or after a callsite). This PR also bumps the BBAddrMap version to 3. The encoding/decoding ability is already pushed upstream 8d7a8fcc3ab9f6d4c4a7e4312876fe94ed3d6c4f.
