
This patch introduces two new ops to the SPIR-V dialect: - `spirv.EXT.ConstantCompositeReplicate` - `spirv.EXT.SpecConstantCompositeReplicate` These ops represent composite constants and specialization constants, respectively, constructed by replicating a single splat constant across all elements. They correspond to `SPV_EXT_replicated_composites` extension instructions: - `OpConstantCompositeReplicatedEXT` - `OpSpecConstantCompositeReplicatedEXT` No transformation to these new ops has been introduced in this patch.
