llvm-project/clang/lib/Basic/FileSystemStatCache.cpp
Chris Lattner b3c814538b r120013 dropped passing in the precomputed file size to
MemoryBuffer::getFile, causing us to pick up a fstat for
every file. Restore the optimization.
