
This patch turns updates VPInterleaveRecipe to manage the values it defines using VPDef. The VPValue is used during VPlan construction and codegeneration instead of the plain IR reference where possible. Reviewed By: gilr Differential Revision: https://reviews.llvm.org/D90562
