[lldb] Un-XFAIL TestDeadStrip.py on windows ...

I suspect it was fixed by #127059. aarch64 is the only windows bot we have now, so it's can't be certain it's fixed everywhere, but also I have no reason to believe otherwise.

Fixes #43774.
