The change in c0cbcb4efe8 was insufficient: The armv8a subarch is a property of the compiled testcase, not the test target triple. Having double-checked the EPCIndirectionUtils::Create method we want to disable this test for all arm.* prefixes except arm64 (we want the test to continue working on Darwin).
