[flang][OpenMP] Accept modern syntax of FLUSH construct (#128975) ...

The syntax with the object list following the memory-order clause has
been removed in OpenMP 5.2. Still, accept that syntax with versions >=
5.2, but treat it as deprecated (and emit a warning).
