#170525 Based on our [RFC](https://discourse.llvm.org/t/rfc-libc-wctype-header-implementation/88941/10), we are starting the implementation of the wctype header with C.UTF8 support. This implementation will increase the binary size by approximately ~70KB, so this PR introduces a flag so that this is configurable, allowing the user to choose between a simple ASCII implementation or the full Unicode one.
libc Documentation ================== The libc documentation is written using the Sphinx documentation generator. It is currently tested with Sphinx 1.1.3. To build the documents into html configure libc with the following cmake options: * -DLLVM_ENABLE_SPHINX=ON * -DLIBC_INCLUDE_DOCS=ON After configuring libc with these options the make rule `docs-libc-html` should be available.
