Alexander Shaposhnikov ede56e5127 [llvm-objcopy][MachO] Add support for --keep-undefined 
This diff introduces --keep-undefined in llvm-objcopy/llvm-strip for Mach-O
which makes the tools preserve undefined symbols.

Test plan: make check-all
