Revert "[LLVM][rtsan] Add LLVM nosanitize_realtime attribute (#105447)" (#106743) 
This reverts commit 178fc4779ece31392a2cd01472b0279e50b3a199.

This attribute was not needed now that we are using the lsan style
ScopedDisabler for disabling this sanitizer
