[DAGCombiner] Remove unneeded commonAlignment from reduceLoadWidth. (#81707 )

We already have the PtrOff factored into MachinePointerInfo. Any calls
to getAlign on the new load with do commonAlignment with the
MachinePointerInfo offset and the base alignment.
