[mlir] Default mlir-query input to stdin (#156324) ...

This allows piping  without an explicit `-` :

```shell
./mlir-opt input.mlir -canonicalize | ./mlir-query -c "<your_query_1>" -c "<your_query_2>" ... -c "<your_query_N>"
```
