`t2{LDR,STR}{*}_{PRE,POST}_imm` is pseudo instruction and is expected to
be `t2{LDR,STR}{*}_{PRE,POST}`. During building the new MCInst of
`t2{LDR,STR}{*}_{PRE,POST}`, the order of operands looks incorrect.
